Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders within the European Union normally take 2-5 business days from dispatch, but to some countries it can take longer.
Standard international shipping time is 1-8 weeks for orders outside of the EU. Since international orders require to go through customs, this may delay the delivery time further.
Very important to note, international shipping can often be unreliable and most delays happen at customs offices. All international customers are subject to the laws, duties and taxes of their destination country. If your package is held by customs for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to resolve any pending actions needed by your country to complete the shipment. Depending on where you live and the total value of your order, it is highly likely that your government will charge additional import fees, on top of the shipping fees paid to Imminence. These added fees are completely out of our control and cannot be determined in advance. We are unable to provide any support with international customs offices.
Why haven't my tracking status changed?
In order to keep our shipping prices low, we do not offer any tracking service. Therefore the shipment status will be ”on the way” until it arrives.
Can you sign my items?
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate personal signing requests, but there will be signed items available for sale on our store in the future. Even though we’d love to meet everyone’s requests, it’s just not practically possible for us at this time.
Which size should I choose?
Many of our products have a slightly smaller fit than average. In most cases we recommend choosing one size larger than usual.
