Shipping policy

The one and only official home of merchandise is here with us, in Sweden. We ship to every corner of the world possible. The journey might be longer, but it helps to keep our music alive.

We handle all the orders ourselves and try to ship two to three times a week, but please note that due to circumstances like live shows and other band related business, this can take longer.

In order to keep our shipping prices low, we can not offer any tracking service. Therefor the order status will state ”on the way” until it arrives.

Orders within the European Union normally takes 3-14 business days from dispatch.

Standard international shipping time is 1-8 weeks for orders outside of the EU. Since international orders require to go through customs, this may delay the delivery time further. 

Very important to note, international shipping can often be unreliable and most delays happen at customs offices. All international customers are subject to the laws, duties and taxes of their destination country. If your package is held by customs for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to resolve any pending actions needed by your country to complete the shipment. Depending on where you live and the total value of your order, it is highly likely that your government will charge additional import fees, on top of the shipping fees paid to Imminence. These added fees are completely out of our control and cannot be determined in advance. We are unable to provide any support with international customs offices.

Please note that we will only consider a package lost if more than 60 business days (international orders) and 30 business days (EU orders) has passed since the shipment was dispatched and will not refund any orders before that time has passed.

Under no circumstance are we (Imminence) held responsible for any delay caused by shipping couriers or customs - and any and all additional taxes and fees issued by the customs are Your (the customer's) responsibility.

As a customer, you are also responsible for writing your address information correctly upon ordering from our store. If a package gets lost due to incorrect address information, you will be financially responsible for both the order value and the shipping costs. Under no circumstance will Imminence refund any lost orders or shipping costs due to wrongful address information on your behalf.
