Orders within the European Union normally take 2-5 business days from dispatch, but to some countries it can take longer.

Standard international shipping time is 5-14 business days for orders outside of the EU. Since international orders require to go through customs, this may delay the delivery time further. This is completely normal.

Please refer to your local customs department for any inquiries regarding processing time in your country. In some cases it can take anything from a few weeks and in very rare cases up to several months for the package to come through. You may also contact your local post courier to see if they have any information regarding the whereabouts of the package.

In order to keep our shipping prices low, we do not offer any tracking service. Therefore the shipment status will be ”on the way” until it arrives.

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate personal signing requests, but there will be signed items available for sale on our store in the future. Even though we’d love to meet everyone’s requests, it’s just not practically possible for us at this time.

Most of our products have a slightly smaller fit than average. In most cases we recommend choosing one size larger than usual.
